At Colorado United Credit Union, every member is a shareholder and has an equal vote. Our Board of Directors is no different. They are Colorado United members who have been elected and who volunteer their time for the betterment of the credit union.

Mike Meyers, Chairman
Mike has been a dedicated credit union volunteer for the past 12 years. He held the position as chairman for 7 years. He previously served as vice-chair and has also served on other volunteer committees. Mike has 3 children and 2 grandchildren. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Regis University in Computer Science. Mike has been an employee of Sundyne Corporation for over 20 years.

Connie MacDonald, Vice Chair
Connie has worked for the Westminster Education Association for the past 30 years. She has served on Colorado United’s Board of Directors for 13 years. Connie has served as vice-chair for the past 7 years and secretary for 6 years prior to her position as vice-chair. She has also served on several Colorado United committes, including: ALCO, Delinquent Loan and Education over the past 16 years. Connie has been married for 41 years, has 5 children and 15 grandchildren. She has been a member of Colorado United for 26 years.

Charles Bo Powell, Treasurer
Bo has been a loyal member of Colorado United for 18 years. His financial experience includes four years of service as head of finance for his church council. He is also seasoned in supervising and planning budgets over one million dollars. He currently serves as product development specialist for Sundyne Corporation and holds an Associate’s degree in mechanical design. Bo has been married for 23 years and has two daughters and one granddaughter. He is an avid golfer and a passionate traveler.

Carol Rondinelli, Secretary
Carol has been a volunteer for Colorado United for over 10 years. Prior to being elected to serve on the Board of Directors, she was the chairperson of the supervisory committee. Carol’s beginnings are at Sunstrand where she worked in Human Resources and served on the Credit Committee for 5 years. She has been retired for 8 years.

John Clymer, Board Member at Large
John is a retired SD 50 teacher who taught math for 29 years. Previously he volunteered as a board member at Colorado United and then stepped down to become an employee for 3 years. Over the last year and a half, John has been serving as a member of the Supervisory Committee. He has been a dedicated employee and volunteer for the past 20 years. John has been married for over 41 years, has 4 children and 15 grandchildren. He is also very active in his church.

John Matula, Board Member at Large
John was employed as a teacher for 22 years in School District 50. He has a Bachelor's degree in marketing and a Master's degree in economics and finance. John has been on the Credit Committee for 10 years and on the board for 19 years. John and his late wife, Emily, have 2 children and 6 grandchildren. John has been a member of our credit union for 31 years. He hopes to contribute to Colorado United’s growth and expansion as well as provide better services to the members.

Tom Davis, Board Member at Large
Tom has been a real estate broker the past 3 years. He is an accomplished management and HR professional with over 21 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, administration, establishment of operational policies and procedures. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting. Tom has been married for 48 years, has 5 children, and 13 grandchildren (with another on the way). Tom looks forward to using his extensive business experience and knowledge to help shape the direction of Colorado United.
