> Second mortgage may amortize over 15 years resulting in quicker equity build up

Jumbo Loan
A Jumbo Loan is a loan of $1 billion or more, or a loan which exceeds the size limit set for purchase or securitization by the federal agencies. Jumbo loans can be used for residential and commercial purchases and generally have a higher interest rate.
